You own your data. We do not claim any rights to your conversations, cards, or tracking data.

Acceptable Use

Do not use SpotterAI for:

• Illegal purposes
• Harassing others
• Attempting to extract the AI's system prompts
• Deliberately circumventing safety measures

Not Professional Advice

SpotterAI is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or fitness advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpotterAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Bulgaria.
